El Gobierno ha tomado esta decisi\u00f3n al no haber aceptado la Comunidad de Madrid ningunas de las propuestas planteadas por el ejecutivo. El Gobierno presidido por de Pedro S\u00e1nchez ha decretado el estado de alarma en la Comunidad de Madrid de esta manera cierran la capital de la comunidad y nueve ciudades, estas medidas vienen a posteriori de que la justicia tumbara las medidas propuestas anteriormente por un defecto de forma. El Bolet\u00edn Oficial del Estado publicar\u00e1 el decreto a las 14 horas tras ser aprobado en un Consejo de Ministros extraordinario que se celebrara este viernes y entrar\u00e1n en vigor en ese momento. Se prev\u00e9 que pueda ser sobre las 15:00h de esta tarde. El presidente del Gobierno se lo ha comunicado a Isabel D\u00edaz Ayuso en una llamada telef\u00f3nica. La presidenta de la Comunidad de Madrid rechaza el cierre de las diez ciudades y ha apuesta por volver al confinamiento por zonas b\u00e1sicas de salud, una medida que el Gobierno de Espa\u00f1a considera insuficiente.<\/p>\n
El decreto del estado de alarma contiene las mismas restricciones que entraron en vigor la semana pasada. Al decretarse el Estado de alarma da cobertura legal a estas restricciones, aunque fueron rechazadas por los tribunales. El Gobierno puede recurrir a esa herramienta excepcional ampar\u00e1ndose en el art\u00edculo 116 de la Constituci\u00f3n, en todo el territorio espa\u00f1ol por un periodo m\u00e1ximo de 15 d\u00edas. El Ejecutivo tiene que dar cuenta en el Congreso de los Diputados de la medida adoptada, aunque no necesita su aval para los primeros 15 d\u00edas.
